Missionary Barbara Magwood

Executive Director

Holds credentials from Montgomery College (Takoma Park, MD) in Paralegal Studies and Legal Analysis. Served for thirteen years as the appointed personal financial clerk to the late Apostle William L. Bonner at Greater Refuge Temple, mastering regulatory compliance, fund accounting structures, and civic pilot deployments before establishing PEI.

Michelle Trent

Board Chair

Seasoned project management and information systems leader holding an active Secret DoD Security Clearance and CompTIA Security+ and A+ certifications. Brings over a decade of experience directing technical operations, risk and vulnerability assessments, and cross-functional teams across federal and military healthcare institutions, including Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and Ft. Belvoir Community Hospital. Expert in organizational documentation, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and process improvement, providing PEI’s board with disciplined oversight and operational rigor.

Ida Thompson

Director of Operations

Highly decorated retired district administrator holding advanced degrees in educational theory and institutional leadership. Recipient of prestigious local, state, and national civic honors, including inductions into noted Halls of Fame. Leads the Refuge Temple Church Women’s Council and guides operational mapping frameworks for PEI.

Pamela Jackson

Director of Distribution

BBA from Wilberforce University; former federal Contracting Officer and Cost Analyst specializing in strategic inventory logistics, procurement lifecycles, and strict budget control configurations.

Celeste Morton

Financial Secretary

Over 40 years of financial administration mastery, serving previously as Corporate Financial Director within the healthcare sector. Expert in fiscal governance, capital tracking, and grant management procedures.

Robin Jackson

Secretary

Independent consultant with over 15 years of program coordination and strategic planning experience across philanthropic foundations and government agencies.

Anissa Smith

Advisor

Principal of AS Strategic Solutions and a John Maxwell certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach committed to helping individuals and organizations discover and walk in their purpose. Former Executive Director of House of Refuge, Inc. and veteran Grant Manager and Accountant for New Endeavors by Women. Master of nonprofit fiscal governance, strict fund accounting structures, and scalable operational models.

Ramon Hamilton

Spec. Asst to Executive Director

United States Marine Corps Veteran and technical analyst specializing in core IT infrastructure deployment, full-stack website engineering architectures, and systems diagnostics. Provides specialized technical compliance strategies, workflow audits, and hardware logistics support across the executive committee.

Mother DyAnne Echols Moultrie

Consultant to the Board

Distinguished civil rights champion; active participant in student-led non-violent integration movements at North Carolina A. & T. State University. Served directly on the N.C. A.&T. College Council and inside the Student Government cabinet under the leadership of the late Reverend Jesse Jackson, bringing decades of structural civic advisory expertise to the board.
